Standard Shipping and Express Shipping

Where do your products ship from?

Unlike a majority of our competitors, we ship all our products from our warehouse in Perth. This allows us to quality assure all our products and to ensure that you receive the highest level of quality. 

Where do you ship to?

Kolo Koffee ships Australia wide on all products from our warehouse in Perth.
(Excluding the subscription services which are limited to perth Metro areas) 

International shipping is only on limited items ( Coffee Beans, Accessories, Coffee Pods and Moka Pots) 

We are looking to expand all our products and services worldwide in the near future


What shipping methods do you offer and the cost?

Kolo Koffee offers two methods of shipping; standard and express domestically within Australia and Internationally.

For our shipping we have the following costs:

  • Australia
    • Standard Shipping: Free
    • Express Shipping: $10.00
  • International
    • Shipping will be calculated at checkout
    • Express Shipping: Variable (Please view at Check-Out)

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping and Express Shipping is completed through Sendle. 

Kolo Koffee is not liable for any loss as a result of delays of your delivery.

Unfortunately due to temporary delays to parcels, Sendle cannot guarantee accurate delivery estimates.

Below are the estimated delivery times via Sendle:

Standard Shipping

  • Domestically: Please allow between 7 to 14 Business Days for Delivery
  • Internationally: Please allow up to 30 Days for Delivery.
Express Shipping
  • Domestically: Please allow up to 3 Business Days for Delivery
  • Internationally: Please allow up to 7 Business Days for Delivery

Please note that these are estimated time frames and due to COVID-19 there may be delays in orders arriving. These are outside of our control.

What are your Processing Times?

Kolo Koffee offers 48 hour processing time - if orders are placed on weekends or public holidays they will be shipped next business day.


Can I Track My Order?

We include tracking information for every order. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. Tracking information is generally generated once we have handed your order over for delivery and will be provided to you once inputed into the system.

If your parcel is running a little late, don’t worry. Parcels are usually delivered within 2 days of the delivery estimate.



You can check the parcel’s ETA on the tracking page ( using the Sendle reference number (looks a little something like this: S3NDL3R) – if the sender gave you that info. You’ll get real-time updates on your parcel’s movements and if there have been any delays with delivery. 



If you need to arrange redelivery: You can do that via the tracking page too (just follow these steps).



My Order arrived damaged/was not delivered?

Unfortunately these things do happen from time to time.

In the instance that your order was delivered using Sendle and received damaged. We do ask that you take a photo including 1) The Packaging 2) Parcel Label (clearly showing the Sendle reference number) and 3)The damaged item. We will send a report to Sendle to organise an investigation for the damaged items. (This can take up to 5 working days) 

If you’re worried the parcel is missing: Launch an investigation into the parcel’s whereabouts via the tracking page ( using the Sendle reference number (eg S3NDL3R)

In either cases, please contact us at to further discuss. Unfortunately we are not liable for any damages or missing parcels caused by Sendle or their shipping. We will try to help come to a solution the best we can. 


I received an email saying that my item was out of stock?

Sometimes our products are out of stock due to high customer demand. In these instances we will provide you with a time frame on delivery and upgrade you automatically to express shipping to compensate you for the delay.


I ordered the wrong thing!

If there is an issue/I have a question

If you haven't received your order or your order status is showing as delivered, please get in contact with us at, we will get back to you within 48 hours of a working business day.  Please note that our change of mind policy does not apply to late shipment or receipt of products due to this being outside of our control.
